What areas do you cover?
I work all over the North but predominantly in Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Cumbria and County Durham, I work in people's homes and business premises and I also work virtually, providing support remotely where appropriate. I am also happy to travel outside of this area, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
What Covid-19 safety measures do you have in place?
Appropriate PPE (mask/gloves/sanitiser) will be used where working indoors, this will be discussed and agreed with clients before a session takes place.
DO YOU HAVE Insurance?
Yes I do, I have full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
ARE YOU DBS CHECKED?
Yes, I am fully DBS checked.
IS YOUR SERVICE CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes, client's confidentiality is paramount, I will keep all client information confidential, both business and personal, except where I am obliged by law to disclose such information. Any photos to be used on social media such as Facebook and Instagram, or my website, will have your agreement prior to there use.
DECLUTTERING
Do I need to have a consultation?
Yes, so we can establish what work is required, the 30 minute consultation is free and during this time I will ask you lots of questions about what it is you would like to achieve and from there we agree when and how this will be done. I can undertake a consultation either in person in your home or virtually, either via Teams, WhatsApp or Facetime.
how long will a DECLUTTERING session take?
It will vary client by client and depend on how many rooms/spaces you want to declutter, but ideally I suggest we start with a minimum 6 hour full day session, to see a real improvement in the area we are focussing on. It obviously depends on how much you want me to tackle and the pace at which we declutter, a project can take much longer, either way this will be established during the consultation phase. It’s important to be realistic about how long clearing a space will take, I am here to keep you focused, working at your pace to achieve maximum progress during the time we have. Further sessions can be booked in if we feel more time is required.
Do I need to be there during the decluttering session?
This is completely up to you. I generally prefer to work alongside my clients as I feel the process of decluttering is best achieved working with you to decide on what needs keeping and what doesn't, but I am also happy to conduct this on your behalf, I won't remove anything without your agreement.
CAN YOU DECLUTTER VIRTUALLY?
Yes, this can be done virtually if you prefer, however it is definitely more efficient to work with you in person, but if there is a reason why this can't be done, we can look at options for conducting this process virtually, please contact me to discuss this further.
What happens to the items I don’t want anymore?
I can suggest ways to either reuse, recycle, donate or dispose of any items. The decision to dispose of items is yours, I am here to help you rationalise that decision making process, I'm not here to make you throw out all of your belongings!
Do you clean my house?
I am not a cleaner, but during the decluttering process I will clean shelves/inside cupboards/spaces we are working on before placing the items back where they belong. If you require a cleaning service, I can help source this for you.

The benefits to being organised are wide reaching, including reducing stress, saving you time, it can improve relationships and also promote a healthy lifestyle, tidy space = tidy mind as they say!
WHO USES A PROFESSIONAL ORGANISER?
Anyone and everyone! You could lack the time, or need help with figuring out how to best utilise and organise your space, or simply be overwhelmed with where to start, if this sounds like you, then the skills of an organiser could be just what you need to bring you a more organised life, home or business.
Storage Solutions
What storage solutions will I need?
This depends on how the decluttering process goes. You may have storage containers/boxes/files already that we can reuse to store things in when we get to the organising stage, I will always try my best to utilise and reuse what you already have. If you don’t have enough you can either get some storage solutions following the declutter process or I can do this for you.
WILL YOU TAKE PHOTOS?
Yes, if you agree you are happy for me to take them. I will only use photos taken during client sessions to use on my website, social media or marketing material to show potential clients what can be achieved. All photos are anonymous.
Personal Assistant
How does it work?
This flexible, bespoke PA service is designed to help you with your life or business admin and is delivered when and how you need it, whether in your home or business. This could be tackling your life admin or day to day tasks that you need to delegate to someone to free up your time, it can be on an ad hoc basis or for a set number of hours per week/month, or where you need ad hoc help but don't need an employee. During our consultation, we can discuss your needs and agree a working pattern that suits you.

Yes, I can either work at your home, business premises or I can work remotely.
